Whether it’s good stuff, hard stuff or just something you think we should know - all feedback helps us deliver better, safer services for children, young people and families.
When something has helped you, or made you feel really safe and happy
When you have an idea for how we can do things better
When someone or something makes you feel unwelcome, uncomfortable or unsafe
You can share your feedback through our online forms. Click the link that's right for you below:
When you share feedback, you can choose to give us your name and contact details. This means we can keep you updated about your complaint. But you can also choose to stay anonymous – we’ll still act on what you’ve told us.
You won’t ever be punished or excluded because you shared something you are worried about, or that you don’t think is okay. Our commitment to providing you and your family with safe, quality services will stay the same.
There might be times when you want to make a complaint to someone outside of 54 reasons. There are lots of options for independent bodies you can speak to. Some can provide direct support, while others can give you information or referrals. Click the dropdown below for a list of national agencies and departments you can contact.
Making sure children's rights are met is our top priority - especially their rights to be safe and respected.
