Feedback details
When you share feedback, you can choose to give us your name and contact details. This means we can keep you updated about your complaint. But you can also choose to stay anonymous – we’ll still act on what you’ve told us.
You won’t ever be punished or excluded because you shared something you are worried about, or that you don’t think is okay. Our commitment to providing you and your family with safe, quality services will stay the same.

We’ll investigate all feedback –including anonymous feedback. If we have your details, we may be able to send you an update letting you know what we’ve done. Sometimes this isn’t possible for legal and safety reasons.

Independent information and support
There might be times when you want to make a complaint to someone outside of 54 reasons. There are lots of options for independent bodies you can speak to. Some can provide direct support, while others can give you information or referrals.
Policies
Making sure children's rights are met is our top priority - especially their rights to be safe and respected. Everyone who works for or with 54 reasons has to agree to follow our Child Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct. Want to know more about what we do to keep children and young people safe?
