Who is this program for
Children in Mooroopna and surrounds, in the two years before school. We especially welcome Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
About the program
Mooroopna Kinder supports local children in the two years before school to become confident, curious, and school-ready. With a strong emphasis on play-based learning, the kinder nurtures social and emotional development, literacy, and cultural identity.
Deeply embedded in the local community for over 70 years, our kinder is a place where children and families feel safe, supported, and connected. The program is especially welcoming to Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander and culturally diverse families, with close ties to local First Nations communities.
