Families with children aged 0-18 living in social housing or facing tenancy stress.
About the program
A safe, stable home is the foundation for children to grow and thrive. This service works alongside families in the Northern Territory who are at risk of homelessness or housing instability, providing tailored, child-focused support.
Through outreach and case management, families receive practical help to stabilise their tenancy, build life skills and navigate complex systems. The program also supports caregivers to strengthen their capacity to provide safe, nurturing environments for their children.
By connecting families with local services and supports, the service helps reduce barriers to stable housing and improve long-term wellbeing for children and their families.
