Everyday Positive Practice
Everyday Positive Practice helps services embed child‑focused, trauma‑informed approaches — building confidence, knowledge and sustainable systems so children’s rights and recovery are at the heart of everyday care.

Overview
Who is this program for
This program is designed for professionals in child‑facing services—educators, health workers, family support teams—who want to strengthen their ability to respond to children impacted by trauma.
About the program
Everyday Positive Practice (EPP) is a 12‑week training and coaching partnership that transforms good intentions into sustainable, trauma‑informed practice.
Guided by child rights principles and evidence in neurobiology and attachment, EPP equips teams to assess and respond to children’s needs, embed safe environments, and transfer knowledge to caregivers. The model combines leadership training, practitioner workshops, coaching, planning and monitoring—supported by practical tools and evaluation.
Services report lasting improvements in confidence, quality frameworks and compliance with Child Safe Standards. Over 70 services across VIC, QLD and NSW have already seen measurable gains in knowledge and practice.
