We walk alongside young people as they return to the community from youth detention, helping them rebuild, reconnect and move forward so they don’t have to make the journey alone.

Anyone under the age of 18 who is in youth detention in Tasmania & is being released
About the program
Reboot provides mentoring, case management and practical support for things like housing, education and goal-setting for young people as they exit youth detention.
Coming home from detention can feel overwhelming, and without support young people can fall back into cycles of recidivism.
Our Youth Specialists begin working with the young person and their family prior to exit to ensure that they have an established network of family, community and specialist supports as soon as they exit.
